Comments: Another work by Yashar : افشای یک فساد دیگر از امام جمعه تهران: به جیب زدن اجاره ماهانه یک میلیارد تومانی هتل «جهان» مشهد کیهان لندن - یاشار سلطانی روزنامهنگار در ایران که اسفندماه گذشته اسنادی درباره زمینخواری کاظم صدیقی منتشر کرده بود، اسناد دیگری را درباره واریز اجاره ماهانه یک هتل در مشهد بطور مستقیم به حساب متعلق به کاظم صدیقی و پسرش مطرح کرده است. یاشار سلطانی نوشته «فعالیتهای مرتبط با «حوزه علمیه امام خمینی» در ازگل به ریاست آقای صدیقی با حسابهای شخصی ایشان و پسرشان ارتباط مستقیمی دارد.» یاشار سلطانی نوشته اسناد تازه نشان میدهد که «درآمدهای حاصل از یکی از داراییهای ارزشمند «حوزه علمیه امام خمینی» تهران بجای واریز به حساب این حوزه علمیه یا مرکز خدمات حوزه علمیه، به حساب موسسهای واریز میشود که همه کارهی آن «کاظم صدیقی» و پسرش «محمد مهدی صدیقی» است.» بر اساس اسناد منتشر شده در وبسایت یاشار سلطانی، «هتل جهان» در مشهد که سال ۱۳۹۳ از سوی خیّرین به «حوزه علمیه امام خمینی» تهران در ازگل به مدیریت کاظم صدیقی واگذار شد تا از درآمدهای آن برای حوزهی علمیه و هزینههای آموزشی و دینی این حوزه استفاده شود، به یکی از منابع سوء استفاده مالی و فساد اقتصادی امام جمعه تهران تبدیل شده است. این اسناد نشان میدهد سه ماه پیش «حوزه علمیه امام خمینی» تهران طی قراردادی با بانک ملت، بهرهبرداری از هتل ۶۵ واحدی «جهان» را به مدت ۳ سال به این بانک واگذار کرده و اجاره ماهیانه یک میلیارد تومانی برای این هتل سه ستاره واقع در خیابان «امام رضا» ۱۰ مشهد در نظر گرفته شده است. به نوشته یاشار سلطانی «از آنجایی که تمام صد درصد سهام این هتل به مدرسه علمیه امام خمینی تهران انتقال یافته است طبیعتا هرگونه قرارداد هم باید با این مدرسه منعقد شده و درآمدهای حاصل از این محل هم به حساب حوزهی علمیه امام خمینی تهران واریز شود اما نکتهی عجیب در این میان واریز اجاره این هتل به حسابی غیر از حساب حوزهی علمیه است.» «موسسه پژوهشی آموزشی اندیشههای امام خمینی» نام موسسهای شخصی و بدون وابستگی به حوزه علمیه ازگل است که توسط کاظم صدیقی و چند نفر دیگر از جمله پسرش «محمد مهدی» تأسیس شده است
