Comments: American Adult Film Actress Sparks Controversy With Iran TripPro-Palestine American porn star Whitney Wright has visited Tehran and published several veiled photos of herself in Iran including a photo where she stands next to a US flag lowered to the bottom of the pole in the former US embassy in Tehran. The regime in Iran has allowed her to visit the country while it suppresses Iranian women for violating hijab rules and has given death sentences to those involved in creating or publishing pornography. Amidst restrictions barring many Iranians and artists abroad from entering Iran, an American adult film actress has ignited controversy by sharing photos of her journey to Iran. Whitney Wright published her photos including visits to sites like the former American embassy in Tehran. Wright, known for her support of Palestine, posted images with captions expressing her curiosity about Iran. The controversy began when she shared a story of herself at Tehran's Golestan Palace, fully covered with Iran's mandatory hijab. Wright had previously solicited recommendations from her followers for Tehran's best foods and attractions. Her Instagram page also features photos from her recent trips to Lebanon and Egypt. However, Wright's presence in Iran has sparked backlash from social media users, questioning the ease of her entry considering Iran's strict principles for women's morality and chastity. Famous actress Setraeh Pesyani voiced her opposition, criticizing authorities for permitting Wright's visit while penalizing citizens for defying compulsory hijab. Pesyani took to Instagram, stating, "You punish the people of this land for hijab defiance, yet you allow a porn star to visit Iran for sightseeing? What's happening here?" Earlier in January, Roya Heshmati, an Iranian woman, was subjected to 74 lashes for violating the Islamic Republic's mandatory hijab law, while another woman who refused to wear the hijab received a two-year prison sentence. The Iranian regime, surprised by women's unwavering resistance of the compulsory hijab law, has been employing various tactics to dissuade them from removing their hijabs in public, albeit with very little success.

Comments: I wish Faghani never made that stupid call. It just created animosity towards Iranians. Hi career is as good as over.
Comments: I truly believe that our boys took the game into their own hands in the second half and turned the game around. I just have a hard time thinking that GN changed his tactics. Just remember this was the guy who in the Syria game couldn't change his mind for the subs when Syria was granted a penalty.

Comments: The main change in second half was going from a 4-2-3-1 to a 4-1-4-1. Mohebi-Ghodos-EZT-JB provided a wall across the field to be able to press and get the second balls. Omid in front of the defense was able to distribute better rather than kicking the ball up the field
Comments: 60 percent of our goals have been scored by 3 Bushehri players of the team!
Comments: The reading of the first half game was very good, whether it was GN, assistants or the Italian analyzer guy. Japan basically was transitioning really fast and that speed was causing problems for 2 defensive midfielder and the two center back. We basically brought the press into their half of the field and Omid & EZT where bothering & disrupting the heck out of their midfielder. When we got the ball back, we quickly went on top to Azmoun and even if the ball did not get to him and was sent back by their defense, our midfielders were there to win the second ball. As if we got all the rebounds if this was basketball
Comments: Today the team played so well in the second half. Even the first half was solid. Against all odds, they came back and went for the jugular.
Comments: Shahin. I can't wait for Iran - Korea final. Barring any surprises, we should pass through Qatar with superiority. ▫️
Comments: Wow, Cyruss, that Hejazi (RIP) clip was the exact situation as today goal against us. I visited him in the hospital a few days before he passed away.
Comments: An Iran-Jordan final would be real nice ![]()
Comments: Interesting that today the referee was from China and the two ARs were from Australia. These are the two ARs that are supposed to help Faghani
Comments: Recently one of the players ( JB?) declared Beiravand as the best goalie of Iranian history. I blame it on the educational system:) Similar situation in 80s vs today’s Japan’s goal. See the difference:

Comments: Cyruss .. no question that they delivered today. When the team wins like this, there is No criticism. I hope that we deliver in the next two games… In 2029, we got to semi by sweeping everyone with zero goal conceded but then we lost 3 zip to Japan. GN did well against Qatar a few months ago by beating them 4-0. He will be going into this game with full confidence. i did predict a win for Iran, because we do play solid against good teams.
Comments: Ali Daei, The Man
Comments: Guys, not a GN fan here, but it made me wonder if he really had planned this tactical moves. I would not have thought that Omid Ebrahimi and Mohebi would have such a high effective usage rate. Omid wasn’t flashy , but he was really the heart of our MF and a destroyer of Japanese MF. The oldest player of tournament ( or one of the oldest?) played 90+ minutes non stop only couple of days after a hard game against Syria. Mohebi was very effective in rebounds and cleaning up, coming off the previous performances that were met with criticism . Gholizade or Ghaedi probably wouldn’t have been showing his physicality. He was in away, more Taremi and Sardar’s complement than either one of the two aforementioned. Who ever thought of starting these two guys,GN/ his analyzers/ assistants did the team right.

Comments: At the time of the penalty, there were only two players on the field that took penalties against Syria. It was Ebrahimi and Ramin. It was probably a very good idea to have someone else take the PK as I am sure those PKs were analyzed by Japan. Also your first PK allows you more options psychologically in my opinion and make you avoid second guessing yourself
Comments: Yes Cyruss looks like the infamous sibil unless the lighting is fooling us

Comments: KAmkAr. As I mentioned I was not talking about Qatar national team but the country of Qatar contributing to the world of football. They hosted the WC in 2022 and after China pulling out of hosting they took it on. Lots of international team chose their camp there with all the facilities they have. And why not spending and investing money this way rather than investing it in instability in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon.
Comments: Farzad, thanks for clearing the yellow card issue. Of course Qatar has done all that with a lot of $ spent on facilities, coaches, bringing players and nationalize them. Basically no soccer talent country. Iran on the other hand is totally the opposite. Lots of talent with none of those other factors. Money talks.
Comments: Glad to see Qatar going through. ▫️ Qatar has done so much in football. Not just for Qatar but the whole world of football.
Comments: This is a missing PK contest
Comments: Holly shit what kind of pk Was that
Comments: KAmkAr In the Asian Cup, yellow cards are erased after the quarterfinals. This means that any yellow cards accumulated by players during the group stage and knockout stage up to the quarterfinals are wiped clean, and players start with a clean slate in the semifinals. This allows players to compete in the latter stages of the tournament without worrying about carrying over yellow cards. |
