Comments: Farzad, thanks for your VAR explanation. If I was the ref I would have called that a penalty and then let the VAR correct me. It was a close one. From the angle he was it would have been hard to tell who touched the ball first. Even the commentators initially thought it was a penalty.

The opposite is true as well when our team loses but human tend to look for emotional high all the time but this is at least relatively harmless if you can move on from it quickly. Best news today is my son not going to watch the game with bunch of buddies in a bar in SF and come home to watch it with me. My daughter will be around as well for Taylor. My wife will be out shopping though Go 49 YEARS!!

Comments: One of the attractions of having Shahin and Farzad here, despite occasional moozigari:), is the educational aspect of their educational and informative posts. I have always had this gratitude towards those who cared to educate! Viewing and being part of different Ifp’s , meeting many of the personalities, I think I can credit these two most in terms of substantive information, rather than hoopla and emotional “ gheirati” rhetorics.! Ali P which I miss , also was a good source of information
