In college several Iranian students would tell people that their name is Tony and they are from Italy. ![[biggrin]](https://cdn.websitetoolbox.com/images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif "Big Grin - :D") All of this stems from lack of confidence in who you are and now a days, importantly, where you are from. In our own oonyeki we have Iranians who pretend to be AmrikAyi and shrug away from any any local criticism. Problem always is elsewhere. Iranians in general (not all but many) suffer from lack of confidence.I think what we have over there is Ruhollah affect. They suffer with over confidence like akhounds in Islamic Republic but the rest of the world laughs at them
