Comments: I knew this guy like 20 or so years ago who purchased a home with 6% interest rate. About a year later he told me he refinanced. I said wait a minute interest rates went up. He said yes that is why! He said his taxman told him he needs more deduction and tax shelter. And he thought what's better than paying more interest on your mortgage as deduction. ' So he did that. He refinanced at 8%. And his monthly payment went up by $550. But then again he had more tax shelter.

Comments: People should make less then, if insurance premium is their achilles' heels. It will help bring down the cost of insurance. It was like me yesterday finally doing my taxes. I asked my taxman why am I paying so much taxes, what should I do? He siad make less money. I am now seriously thinking about it.

Comments: I heard Costco is selling Gold bars, so I rushed online and in person and they were sold out within hours. Gold accumulation is the hottest thing now. BUY GOLD. The discount retailer said this week it has started selling 1-ounce bars of gold, but that demand is so strong it can't keep them in stock even with a limit of two bars per member. The company is selling two types of bars: a 1-ounce gold PAMP Suisse Lady Fortuna Veriscan bar, which bears the imprint of a silhouette of the goddess of fortune with a cornucopia, and a 1-ounce bar from South Africa's Rand Refinery, stamped with an elephant design. Both bars are about half an inch long. The PAMP Suisse bar is registered and comes with a digital certificate that can be accessed with a QR code, while the Rand bars come with their own serial numbers. the PAMP bar is selling for about $1,980 while the Rand bar is sold for about $1,950, according to Yahoo Finance. "I've gotten a couple of calls that people have seen online that we've been selling one ounce gold bars," said Costco Chief Financial Officer Richard Galanti on an investor call this week. "Yes, but when we load them on the site, they're typically gone within a few hours and we limit two per member."
