I still do not see Iran-Angola on any official listing. May be it is one of those games that Kamkar needs to ref in his cargo shorts [smile]

Why?

The most prosperous and the most expensive sports organization by a mile 😀.

KAmkAr. Been a cowboy fan since mid 70s. The American channel in Tehran would only show the cowboys game. Never jumped on any other bandwagon!!!!

So what's your story? Oilers? Texans?

My friend Ali.P is also a Texan fan I guess.

Why is everybody in Texas outside Dallas hates the Cowboys? It is also one team I want to see lose every time

Shahin, you were talking about Baharmast and doosti. I had a similar experience in 89 when I used to live in LA area fya year. I went to watch some jAme doosti game hoping I get a glimpse of honarmandan. Well there way game going on and Namdar was the referee. He was missing one lineman. I volunteered. That was my first experience refereeing.

It was tough. It had already heat up to mid 90's. I gave them and myself water breaks in each half.

I actually did great. Having refered for 20. years and watching at least two games day kept me pretty updated. One of the pro players during the game told me sir you gotta come back from retirement. I would have but you don't see referees in their 60's anymore.

One thing I am surprised at is Indian is their soccer. You'd think being so much under the influence of Great Britain and many generations living in England, there would be many footballers with Indian background but not so many. Their game is still cricket and they have so much passion for it.

Cubans also are good in Baseball. Just thought I mention it in case some may want to look into it and change their mind.

Anyways. As shahin said baseball or softball (god I hope everyone knows what softball is) is an American family thing. Big among Mexicans too.

Iran also has a baseball organization and I heard they have an Iranian coach.

Amrika Setiz outside our two boards need to be defined better but it is not a made up phrase on these two boards. It clearly identifies the attitude of the posters [smile]
