When was the last time price of housing dropped in iran because dollar dropped? With sanctions without sanctions. With barjam without barjam. When did real estate drop in value in the past 44 years?

Dear Seyyed. Exchange rate in iran has no economical backing or logic. It is just what these gharatgars and oligarchs want it to be. I keep hearing that dollar should be traded closer to 100k and that is if sanctions lifted. Value of dollar always went up in iran with or without sanctions. So if someone wants to transfer money out of iran, any day is better than tomorrow.
