Comments: This video @1:52 exactly explains the Japan situation ' https://youtu.be/U01-uArNpdw?si=tPp7zcXvuZwsQ5s3
Comments: Zinsky: You should ask all your football, soccer & baseball questions here. Just do you and not anyone else
Comments: Darell Green... PITA Worst were Joe Gibbs (a total Fox , a total genius , fucker knew how to beat the Cowboys. Like his team is ahead at the end of 3rd Q. And from the beginning of Q4 he just runs the ball. They would run the ball for like 80 yards and kill 12 minutes on the clock. And then the score.) And then John Riggins. Was like a tank or a tractor they called him. He did all that rushing in 4th qtr I was talking about. One time was hauling like 7 cowboys on him and got another 6 yards for a first down.
Comments: Kamkar: Bo Jackson was also a great baseball player I think he was the first major player that was a super star in both sports
Comments: Japanese pass on that 3rd goal was a going back. Even if it was a forward pass the teammate was behind the guy who passed it. If the receiver was ahead of the passer when the pass was made then it woul d have been offside
Comments: I saw Zinsky's questions but I was hoping someone on oon yeki can answer it . Take a mental picture when the ball is passed. If your teammate is ahead of the ball at that time (in opponents field), then it is offside as long as less than 2 people are ahead of you
Comments: Shahin, yes that's him. Crazy to return back to such a violent game after a major surgery like that. I can't remember how long he lasted. Zinsky, funny you asked that. Yesterday I had a similar situation in the game. But the guy in offside was smart and didn't move. The keeper ended up picking the ball. No reason to blow the whistle.
Comments: kAmkAr, Thanks. The reason I asked was about the 3rd goal by Japan against Germany. I’ll try to post it again. Minute 1:35sh https://youtu.be/e2NmRfkikKY?si=yiUqffoIB661HrhK
Comments: But you are talking about Bo Jackson
Comments: Marcus Allen
Comments: I started to be an Oakland Raider fan with their 1980 super bowl. Kenny Stabler, Cliff Branch, Dave Casper etc. Then with the magical 1981 49ers Super Bowl cinderala run, I became a big 49ner fan. Joe Montana was my biggest hero. Living in the area that all the niner players lived, I constantly ran into Ronnie Lott, Jerry Rice and others at bars and clubs. I once broke up a fight in a bar between Ronnie Lott and this idiot Iranian Cowboy fan
Comments: Shahin, I recall that in 80's or 90's the Raiders running back, can't remember his name, had a total hip replacement, or something close to that, and he returned to the game.
Comments: Zinsky, I was just reading the question you asked in IFP2 about the offside. The rule is that as long as the player receiving the ball is behind the ball at the moment it's passed to him, he's fine. If he's ahead of the ball it will be called offside even if there were no defenders at the time.
