Comments: Just general information: If you have 401K, when your company goes bankrupt, your 401K is protected by the US government. if you are given company stocks prior to being public, its just paper money and you should never make retirement plans with it. You can dream but its just a dream. Its high risk high reward. Sure it sucks when it does not work out and company folds but it happens more often than when it works. Comments: I read Rashti's autobiography on the other site. It seems like he actually did very well for himself including building a beach house and his younger wife still working productively. I think he is complaining about doing his wife accounting at 70 years old as his job in retirement. Sure kids have expenses but they decided to go to an expensive school. Both my kids went to state of California sponsored schools when I was in my 40s & 50s

Comments: Iranian-American Association of Boston has a planned demonstration scheduled on the 16th of September. Last year there were about 300 people who showed up but as I mentioned, it was a divided group. I certainly hope it is even larger and more united group this time around.
