The top reasons Americans moved in 2022 were to improve their quality of life (24%), live in a cheaper area (23%), and get a bigger place (22%).👇 My coworker moved to Waco bought himself a 6000 sq ft mansion by selling his 2 bedroom condo in Belair and had more than half left in cash. He already has regrets due to weather and redneck vibe (he is Christian German with an Iranian Jewish wife). Most left for remote work flexibility but the companies are rolling the remote work back.

Comments: HAMVATAN, Those might not be the reasons to leave California but people are leaving due to other reasons. Since 2020, when the population decline began, California's population has shrunk by about 500,000 people.

Comments: One figure in Iran who makes lots of appearances in recent years in economic discussion of IRI is موسع غنی نژاد He comes across very educated and astute when it comes to economic crisis of iran. Contrary to many opposition figures he gives priority to an Economic Reform in iran more than a Political reform.
Comments: There were a few ministers in Pahlavi era which I admired a lot such as Doctress Parsa, Dr. Khalaatbari, Jamshid Amouzgar. But there was one that I actually kind of followed and had a great respect for and that was Abdolmajid Majidi. Majidi did so much for iran. |
