The other fact is that "Iranian Oil Is Quietly Flooding Into the Global Market Again" with Biden turning his head the other way.  I guess good for IRI. But what we witness again is that, with selling more than 1.5 million barrals a day (yeah at 40% discount), still none of that money coming to the rescue of hungry poor people.  Which again paints the big picture. That every penny IRI makes, none goes into the stomach of a hungry iranian.

Lots of variables associated with Obeisity. Movement / Mobility is another contributor.  

I have essentially put aside Carbs. Sugar, bread, rice, carrots, orange juice, and potatos. My Beer and wine consumption is also minimized as they carry carbs. 

You have three source of fuels as consumption. Carbs, Fats, Alcohol.  

It is ususally recommended to take in one source of Feul. The worst thing you can do is consuming all 3. For example a deep dish Pizza with a pitcher of beer.  You will be consuming all 3 feuls at the same time.  Carb (Crust), Fat (Cheese), and Alcohol (beer).  

What the body does is it starts burning one feul at a time.  Alcohol has to be dealth with first, then it is carb (gluocose), and then it is Fat.  So one feul burns and the rest goes to the back burner. 

The Keto diet only takes in Fat as source of feul. And very effective in losing weight.   As long as you do not take in other source of feuls.  Especially carbs. Essentially bringing your body to a ketosis metabolic state. Alcohol if it is straight vodka or tequila it works. Wine and beer carry carbs.
