Comments: I like Biden. He kicked Trump out. I was also hoping he would pass the presidency to the next guy/girl after 4 years. I have no problem with him or his age per say but another 4 years is just too much for him.

Harris does not have a lot of dems support. I also think Newsom is setting up the 2030 election vs DeSantis as he has been to Florida attacking him as well

Comments: Yup Newsom is Plan B, but What about Kamala? Why would an accepted and committed #2 be put aisde in favor of a corrupt Corporate Democrat like Newsom. That is why she was chosen to be there, To become president if anything happens to Biden. She is also the head of Senate. Is she not a viable #2?
If I was DNC, I would stick to Biden even if he is dead. Forget Trump, Newsom would lose to an stablisment Republican like DeSantis, in a landslide. With so much dirt and scandals including recall on Newsom, not sure if he can beat DeSantis. Biden as is can easily beat DeSantis. I think if Trump ends up being on the ballot, the best to make the race competative would be Biden. If RFK jr becomes a DNC candidate, With his democratic values (Environment, education, Healthcare, civil rights, and...) he can easily beat Trump. But Neocons dont want RFK Jr because he would want to kick everyone of those criminal warmongers out. With the influence Neocons have in this admin and DNC, I dont think it will happen.

Comments: I have gotten into this argument with my kids as well. They don’t like Biden. I ask why? Usually they don’t have an answer other than he is too old! Then I ask what a younger president would be able to do under the same circumstances? No valid answer either. Reality is that Biden has done a decent job with the divided congress and crazy people on both sides not willing to compromise.
