Comments: After inauguration he mentioned he will release JFK, MLK, and RFK assassination details. Should he declassify JFK, RFK, and MLK assassinations? Even if it points to CIA? Should he leave it alone? Is it going to open a can of warms? I am not so sure if he should do that.
Comments: Again I think the reason for the proposal is managing the crisis created the past 4 years with the border open and surge of illegals. Again requires 2/3 votes and 3/4 states adaptation. What you are suggesting is to keep the law as is for H1B immigrants, they are good catch to keep for USA and good idea to keep since they generate income and pay taxes. I don't disagree with that. Changing nothing for all and keeping the tradition as is I am totally ok with under ordinary circumstances. I still have not grasped the magnitude of the current crisis and whether it justifies any changes. No it is not retroactive, but applicable (one can say retroactive) to those who entered since Biden opened the floodgates. The proposal will most likely not go through. It will be in the hands of democrat members of the congress. |
