Comments: Also PP is not all composed of billionaires. In fact, in 40s and 50s it became a refuge for lower income people to move away from city. There are still some families there that have lived and owned their family houses for decades. There is also a mobile home park, that has been subject of eviction and hostile takeover by developers for many years. Most residents were at best of the modest income.
