Comments: Farzad, yes it's a great city with all the comforts of the American towns. We used to travel to Monterrey in car back in 80's and 90's and early 2000's when it was safe to drive. It's only a 3 hours drive from us. The highway is better quality than our US side. The past year 15 years not as safe to drive with frequent cartel checkpoints.
