Comments: Typical pacemakers are implanted on the upper part of your chest in pocket under your skin and through a wire or two wires intravenously paces the heart when needed.
Comments: Seyed. The invention and development did not happen in iran. It just became available for iran. Leadless pacemakers are available only through two US companies. Medtronic (Micra), and Abbott ( Aveir). Iran is a big market in cardiology and Electrophysiology (EP) in terms of using cardiac surgery and EP tools in Middle East and Africa combined. In terms of market if we compare them to European market, they are ranked 6th. When I say Market, I mean what iran market penetration is for the two companies I mentioned. Iran also does 100 heart transplants a year. No other country in ME and Africa does heart transplants, at least that is what I am told. Food, medicine, and medical devices are exempt from the sanctions. So iran can buy our products. And that is what happened. Through international symposiums and all in some occasions they noticed presence of Iranian (expats) scientists and Program Leaders in major shows in Europe. We met some of them in Berlin earlier this year. What Dr. Eslami is saying, is just telling the interviewer that one interesting point about this pacemaker that became available in iran and they implanted is that in the development of this breakthrough technology, Iranian (expats) scientists and Iranian (expats) Program (Project) leaders were very involved and instrumental. That fact prompted them to consider buying these devices from us. And yes through helping them in implant education and the fact that the device has been developed by Iranian expats, this event pretty much got manifested. He is s not saying that it was invented or developed jointly. What he is saying is that by working with us, this eventually happened and in iran and for the first time leadless pacer became available and got implanted in Iran.
Comments: Whoever that was/is responsible for the two Big wars that's killing hundred of thousands need to know that the two allegedly evil sides, Russia and Hamas will not be defeated. On Russia, there is no way in the world that they can afford losing. They just won't. On Hamas, they're more like an ideology rather than a military force. As a matter of fact, with the current genocide going on, Hamas will be able to recruit more foot soldiers. Sadly no powers in the world is pushing for the solution, which is negotiations. Comments: KAmkAr After the republicans failed miserably during GWB era, the neocons had to find other venues to penetrate into the executive office. The name " Republican " became pretty much associated with endless war. In 2008 and in 2012 they threw Neocons McCain and Romney to fight Obama, respectively. And they lost miserably. The influenced one thing though, they attached the old hawkish democrat which was very instrumental in justifying Iraq war, Joe Biden, as VP of Obama and steered in a way for Hillary to be the Secretary of State (foreign affairs). The right wing Republicans knew that in no way Americans would vote for them because of how they Fucked up. The Endless wars and the financial crisis of 2008. Victoria Nuland, Blinken's undersecretary, in the documentary " Biden's Decision" made by PBS, explicitly says that Biden and Hillary were running Obama's foreign policy. As Obama's presidency was coming to end, they needed to use the opportunity to once again strike back. They did identify a few gardan koloft republicans including neocons Jebb bush, and Lindsey Graham plus a few others. But then Trump emerged and as we witnessed he knocked all the 12 republican candidates down and was becoming the favorite by the people. On the other side, Obama asked Biden not to run and instead they focused on grooming Hillary. But then on this site you also have a Bernie sanders. And Bernie sanders was the favorite by the people. But with Bernie and Trump as favorites on the two sides of spectrum and also outsiders (Bernie is/ was independent and Trump not a politician) left no opportunity for theses Neocons to make it to the Whitehouse. It was then when DNC decided to throw the superdelegates on Hillary with Obama having a meeting with Bernie and ask and convincing him to step aside. I personally believe Bernie had a very very high chance to beat Trump. In 2016 he was more popular than Trump. Do the dumped Bernie but on the other side, they used mainstream media to do whatever they can (Russia interference, pussy groping calling him a racist, and ... ) to make sure he does not become president. And in a very improbable and surprising way, Trump wins. But they were not done. They paused for 4 years and through use of mainstream media and character assassination they started initiative for ousting Trump starting right from the beginning of 2021 ( again accusations, Russia interference, BLM, George Gloyd, and impeachment)

Comments: KAmkAr as I always mention. Dems and Reps started crisscrossing in the late 50s. The Dems of bill Clinton used to be the republicans of then. And Vice versa for the republicans. History repeating itself. With Neocons migrating to dem party of Hawkish democrats, Dems settling in a right wing party, and with mellow liberal democrats likes of Tulsi and RFK Jr migrating towards Moderate Republicans, the new Republican will be a moderate party. Indeed repeat of history.
