Comments: “This is what these ex-Republicans are saying including good amount that worked for him”
Comments: Shahin, all you talk about is Trump. All DNC talked about was Trump. You talk about Trump being unfit. you also know deep down that Harris is not fit and also a puppet. That is why there is nothing for me to debate about Harris vs Trump. Nothing. It is not about her. It is about something totally bigger and well devised, IMO.
In terms of civil Liberty, abortion and stuff, you have Liberals like Tulsi and RFK. Jr adding another dimension to this candidate. Trump truly is not a Republican as he voted Democrat before, notably Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton. That is pretty much it. But to get there you need votes. Any which way legally you can. Some things you can say in campaigns, some you can’t. You essentially have to make your campaign message binary and simple. This or that! Civil Liberty or Hitler. Wars or Making America Great Again.
Comments: The only thing that worries me about Trump besides his inadequacy is that he has good relationships with the genocide Nut&Yaboo.
Comments: The endorsement of Harris by republican presidents/ presidential candidates is not unprecedented. Same group endorsed Biden in 2020, albeit not as many . Around 150. I doubt if it will have any affects on Trump base.
Comments: By now it's becoming obvious to me that Harris is being supported by every single warmonger. I can not see her to go against a bunch of neocons who will push her into a war.
Comments: BTW this is exactly what Jr. said about Trump few years ago. https://x.com/kfile/status/1828220561459237043?s=46&t=xdQgzx90MRVkLbAjVGu2rA
Comments: Farzad: You are trying to ignore the obvious and deep down you know it too. Trump is not fit to be the president and this country will suffer if he is one again. This is what these ex-Republicans are saying including good amount that worked for him
Comments: Trump campaign downplays Harris endorsement from Bush, McCain, Romney alums
The 238 signatories of the open letter, who worked for former Presidents George W. Bush and the late George H.W. Bush, the late Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), and Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), criticized former President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy, eliciting a clap-back from the Trump campaign. This is unheard of...........
Comments: Futsal WC is coming up in mid September in Uzbekistan. Iran is grouped with France-Venezuela-Guatemala https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments/mens/futsalworldcup/uzbekistan-2024/standings
Comments: As i said , I wished this was as simple as Democrats vs Republican election. It is not. Actually you have mix of both Republicans and Democrats on both sides. Interestuing actually. You are just forced to call one side having "Good Republicans" on their side.
Comments: Yup.. as i said , I wished this was as simple as Democrats vs Republican election. It is not.
Comments: Shahin: Right Wing Republican Bill Kristol & Cheney are very fringe. You may agree with him on "well, I can't find anything you could agree with him" but you also won't on many other issues like killing and displacement of innocent lives if I know you well enough.
Comments: With migration of high profile Democrats crossing the Aisle and endorsing Trump, Trump adminstration may become the very first bipartisan adminstration in decades. .........................................................Kelsey Grammer
Comments: Farzad: Greenwald & Intercept are very fringe. You may agree with him on neocons but you won't on many other issues if I know you well enough
Comments: It is encouraging, more and more we are seeing articles about these Right Wing Republican Neocons. There is no one day with no article about them these days. Something is not right with the picture. With New D.C. Policy Group, Dems Continue to Rehabilitate and Unify With Bush-Era NeoconsThis union is far more than a marriage of convenience to stop Trump; it reflects broad-based agreement on U.S. hawkishness toward Russia and beyond. One of the most under-discussed yet consequential changes in the American political landscape is the reunion between the Democratic Party and the country’s most extreme and discredited Republican neocons. While the rise of Donald Trump, whom neocons loathe, has accelerated this realignment, it began long before the ascension of Trump and is driven by far more common beliefs than contempt for the current president. A newly formed and, by all appearances, well-funded national security advocacy group, devoted to more hawkish U.S. policies toward Russia and other adversaries, provides the most vivid evidence yet of this alliance. Calling itself the Alliance for Securing Democracy, the group describes itself as “a bipartisan, transatlantic initiative” that “will develop comprehensive strategies to defend against, deter, and raise the costs on Russian and other state actors’ efforts to undermine democracy and democratic institutions,” and also “will work to publicly document and expose Vladimir Putin’s ongoing efforts to subvert democracy in the United States and Europe.” When it comes to this new group, the alliance of Democrats with the most extreme neocon elements is visible beyond the group’s staff leadership. Its board of advisers is composed of both leading Democratic foreign policy experts, along with the nation’s most extremist Republican neocons. Thus, alongside Jake Sullivan (national security adviser to Joe Biden and the Clinton campaign), Mike Morrell (Obama’s acting CIA director) and Mike McFaul (Obama’s ambassador to Russia) sit leading neocons such as Mike Chertoff (Bush’s homeland security secretary), Mike Rogers (the far-right, supremely hawkish former congressman who now hosts a right-wing radio show); and Bill Kristol himself. All under umbrella of the New Democratic Party. |
