Comments: قیمت دلار آمریکا از زمان محمد شاه قاجار تا آخرین رئیس جمهور ملاها در سفرنامه جاستین پرکینز آمده است: در زمان محمد شاه قاجار (حدود۱۷۰ سال پیش) یک تومان معادل ۲ دلار و ۵۰ سنت بود. در دوره مظفرالدین‌شاه ارزش دلار آمریکا و تومان ایران تقریبا برابر بود. در هنگام سقوط رضا شاه (سال ۱۳۲۰) دلار آمریکا تقریبا یک و نیم تومان شد. پیش از انقلاب هم قیمت دلار ۷ تومان بود. در دوران حاکمیت خمینی، جنگ و سرکوب و ویرانی از جمله عوامل انهدام اقتصاد ایران بود تا جایی که دلار به ۱۲۰ تومان رسید. در دوره رفسنجانی حدود ۴۵۰ تومان شد. خاتمی که آمد دلار ۹۰۰ تومان شد. احمدی‌نژاد آن را به بالای۳۲۰۰ تومان رساند. در زمان روحانی تا ۲۵۳۰۰ تومان هم رفت. وقتی هم رئیسی از سوی خامنه‌ای منصوب شد، دلار از ۴۰ هزار تومان پایین نیآمد و تا ۷۰ هزار تومان هم بالاکشید. امروز (فعلا) در حدود ۵۹۰۰۰ تومان است.

The fifth-round winner will join one team each from CAF, CONMEBOL, and OFC and two from CONCACAF in the inter-confederation play-offs.
