Comments: I did not say it was not offside, whoever judges this (wrong or right) without goalline tech, their judgment is baseless. Because you cannot. Also by freezing the replay ( angle of the camera) I will also tell you that it is most likely offside. And offside will most likely be the right call. But if you expect a Linesman to call it with naked eye, no one can. This has to be reviewed by goal line technology and cannot be conclusive with the naked eye. I also think it is well worth it to send that clip out and subject it to goalline tech. Not sure if it is doable.
