Comments: «ترانه علیدوستی»، «مصطفی آل‌احمد»، «بهاره هدایت»، «نرگس محمدی»، «آرش صادقی»، «فروغ تقی‌پور»، «زهره سرو»، «نسرین جوادی» و …لیست طویل شهروندانی که در زندان‌های جمهوری اسلامی به بیماری‌های بعضا ناشناخته یا صعب‌العلاج مبتلا می‌شوند٬ هر روز بلند‌تر می‌شود. با وجود این اما نهادهای مربوطه، از جمله سازمان زندان‌ها و قوه قضاییه چشمان خود را بر روی این واقعیت بسته و آن را کتمان می‌کنند. در زندان‌های ایران چه می‌گذرد که زندانیان یکی پس از دیگری بیمار می‌شوند؟ «بازداشت، بازجویی و زندان، حتی در بهترین و استانداردترین وضعیت نیز شرایط را برای ابتلا به انواع بیماری‌ها فراهم می‌کند. در زندان‌های جمهوری اسلامی اما وضعیت به مراتب بدتر است و به همین دلیل احتمال ابتلا زندانیان به انواع بیماری‌ها بیشتر می‌شود.» این توضیح «مجید بامداد»، متخصص روماتولوژی در آلمان است. استرس و فشار عصبی زمینه‌ساز بیماری‌های خاص «بهاره هدایت»، زندانی سیاسی بهمن ماه سال گذشته اعلام کرد بر اساس نظر پزشک معالج، بخشی از سلول‌های داخل رحم او در مراحل اولیه سرطان قرار دارند. پیش از او نیز آرش صادقی در فروردین ۱۳۹۷، در زندان به بیماری «کندروسارکوم»، نوعی سرطان بدخیم استخوان مبتلا شد. در پی کارشکنی‌های مقامات سازمان زندان‌ها و عدم پی‌گیری فرآیند درمان طی دو سال، بیماری او متاستاز کرد و در کل بدنش پخش شد. «علی‌رضا رجایی» یکی دیگر زندانیان سیاسی است که طی سال‌های گذشته به بیماری سرطان مبتلا شده است. او نیز در پی ممانعت مقامات زندان از درمان، در نهایت پس از عمل جراحی، چشم راست و بخشی از استخوان‌های سمت راست صورتش را از دست داد. «امید کوکبی»، فیزیک‌دان نخبه نیز زمانی که در زندان به سر می‌برد، به سرطان کلیه مبتلا شد و یک کلیه‌اش را از دست داد. اینها تنها چند نمونه از زندانیانی هستند که به بیماری‌های خاص، از جمله سرطان مبتلا شده‌اند. دکتر مجید بامداد در گفت‌وگو با «ایران‌وایر» در رابطه با ابتلای زندانیان به بیماری‌های خاص توضیح داد: «علم پزشکی هنوز نتوانسته است دلیل دقیق ابتلا به برخی از بیماری‌ها را بیابد؛ از جمله بیماری سرطان. اما تا این لحظه ما می‌دانیم که مسایلی مانند وراثت یا در معرض شرایط بیماری‌زا قرار داشتن می‌تواند شانس ابتلا به این بیماری را افزایش دهد.» او افزود: «با توجه به روایت‌هایی از نحوه بازداشت زندانیان، به‌ویژه زندانیان سیاسی، بازجویی، محاکمه و سپس شرایط زندان‌ها می‌شنویم، می‌توانیم این فرآیند را جزو شرایط بیماری‌زا طبقه‌بندی کنیم. می‌خواهم اضافه کنم که ممکن است افرادی که در چنین شرایطی قرار می‌گیرند، به بیماری‌های قلبی٬ گوارشی و … نیز مبتلا شوند.» بامداد ادامه داد: «بنابر آماری که سال گذشته توسط مدیرکل دفتر مدیریت بیماری‌های غیرواگیرِ وزارت بهداشت اعلام شد، سالانه تقریباً ۸۵ تا ۹۰ هزار مورد جدید سرطان و ۲۰ هزار مرگ ناشی از سرطان در ایران اتفاق می‌افتد. متاسفانه ما آماری از ابتلای زندانیان به صورت عام یا زندانیان سیاسی به صورت خاص به بیماری‌هایی مانند سرطان نداریم که بتوانیم مقایسه کنیم آیا نرخ ابتلا به سرطان در بین زندانیان بالاتر از میانگین سالانه کل کشور هست یا خیر. اما می‌توان تایید کرد که شرایط حبس در ایران به دلیل استرس‌زا بودن آن، از جمله دلایل ابتلا زندانیان به بیماری‌های خاص است.» داروهای بیماری‌زا ترانه علیدوستی٬ هنرمند و زندانی سیاسی سابق، یکی از مشهورترین زندانیانی است که بیماری او پس از دوران حبس خبرساز شده است. او به دلیل حمایت از اعتراضات سراسری در سال ١۴٠١، مدتی بازداشت بود و به دلیل سرباز زدن از حجاب اجباری، توسط وزارت ارشاد «ممنوع‌الکار» شده است. پیش‌تر «نادره حکیم‌الهی»، مادر ترانه علیدوستی در یک برنامه زنده اینستاگرامی از ابتلای دخترش به یک بیماری ناشناخته خبر داد. وکیل او نیز تایید کرد که ترانه از مرداد ۱۴۰۲ به سندرم «Dress» مبتلا شده است که پزشکان علت آن را یک تداخل دارویی تشخیص داده‌اند. پیش از این نیز «سامان یاسین» (صیدی)، خواننده معترض، یک هفته پس از انتقال به «مرکز روان‌پزشکی رازی» در «شهرری» تهران، معروف به «امین‌آباد» خبر داده بود که به دنبال تزریق داروی ناشناخته در این مرکز، دچار وضعیت ناپایدار جسمی و روانی شده است. «نرگس محمدی»، فعال حقوق بشر و برنده جایزه «صلح نوبل» نیز در معرض تزریق داروهای ناشناخته قرار گرفته بود. موضوع تزریق یا خوراندن دارو به زندانیان به سال‌ها قبل باز می‌گردد. «محمود صادقی»، نماینده وقت مجلس شورای اسلامی پس از اعتراضات دی ماه سال ۱۳۹۶، از قول خانواده یکی از زندانیانی که اخیراً در زندان فوت کرد، اعلام کرده بود: «زندانیان به خوردن قرص‌هایی مجبور شده‌اند که حال آن‌ها را بد می‌کرده است.»
