I am not to keen about Nargess Mohammadi nor Nasrin Sotoodeh. In terms of opposition, at best they remind me of the roles Bazargan, Sahabi, and Sanjabi in 57. With all craziness going on in the world and back home, this morning one of the top videos of khabaronline ( since removed) was a scuffle that happened between a tow truck driver and someone that his car was being towed, you guessed it , somewhere in US! Surprised that presstv football pages since 1996 didn’t have that on!
This over shadowed the news of another person who died in the custody of police in Tehran Vozara station . While initial reports suggested another Hejab issue, but police had come out with different contradictory stories, calling the victim as “ Arazel o Obash” . In one denial statement they mention that the victim died en route to hospital, the other one suggests that the victim passed away in the station.
They can’t even get their statements straight!

IR_IS.jpgدر وضعیتی که تنش میان ایران و اسرائیل به اوج خود رسیده و نگرانی از وقوع جنگی گسترده فراگیر شده، ضرورت همبستگی دموکراسی‌خواهان در «نه به جنگطلبی» دو چندان شده است.
ما، جمعی از فعالان مدنی و کنشگران ایرانی عقیده داریم که در این شرایط «نه به جنگطلبی» موضعی ضروری هم در راستای نفی نظامی‌گری در ساختار جمهوری اسلامی است و هم در جهت مرزبندی با جنگ و خونریزی در منطقه.
در شرایطی که ایران با بحران‌های چندبعدی اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی روبروست، افزایش تنش میان ایران و اسرائیل به ضرر جریان‌های دموکراسی‌خواه است. فضای جنگی موجود، علاوه بر آنکه سرپوشی بر پاسخگو نبودن نظام سیاسی مستقر در برابر ابربحران‌ها است، زمینه سرکوب فزاینده جنبش‌های اعتراضی در ایران را هم فراهم کرده است. «گشت‌های ارشاد» یا همان لشکرکشی خیابانی جمهوری اسلامی علیه زنان، درست چند ساعت قبل از حمله به اسرائیل و احضارهای متعدد فعالان سیاسی و رسانه‌ای و اجرای حکم کنشگران مدنی در روزهای اخیر، گواهی‌ست بر این گزاره که فضای جنگی امنیتی، میدان سرکوب را وسیع‌تر و دست اقتدارگرایان را برای فشار بیشتر بر کنشگران جامعه مدنی ایران، بازتر می‌کند.
ما، فعالان مدنی بر این باوریم که گفتمان دموکراسیخواهی با «نه به جنگ» در هم تنیده شده‌است و این گفتمان هیچ نسبتی با جریان‌های جنگ‌طلب، چه در جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی و چه در لباس اپوزیسیون ندارد. تجربه جنگ در منطقه خاورمیانه و آسیای مرکزی، نشان می‌دهد که جنگ، علاوه بر اینکه جان شهروندان را به خطر می‌اندازد، زیرساخت‌های کشور را نابود می‌کند و راه حل مناسبی برای توسعه پایدار نیست. از این رو حمایت از جنگ با هیچ بهانه‌ای قابل توجیه نیست.
ما امضا کنندگان این بیانیه، ضمن اعتقاد به ضرورت پیشبرد گفتمان صلح در منطقه پر از آتش و خون خاورمیانه، از هر اقدام جمهوری اسلامی ایران که موجب افزایش شعله‌های جنگ در منطقه، سرکوب مردم در داخل و امنیتی کردن بیشتر فضا باشد، شدیدا ابراز نگرانی می‌کنیم و نسبت به رویکردهای جنگ‌طلبانه سایر دولت‌ها هشدار می‌دهیم. هر گونه تعرّض به خاک سرزمین‌مان، ایران، را به هر بهانه‌ای محکوم می‌کنیم و بر ضرورت آتش‌بس جنگ غزه و پیشبرد مذاکرات صلح اصرار می‌ورزیم.
در فضایی که سیاست‌های سرکوب داخلی جمهوری اسلامی از یک سو، و سیاست خارجی ناکارآمد و غیر دموکراتیک آن از سوی دیگر، کشور را به سوی ویرانی می‌برد، ما بر این عقیده‌ایم که مرزبندی با جنگطلبی و تاکید بر اراده شهروندان معترض و استفاده از فضاهای اعتراضی برای فشار به دولت‌ها وظیفه فعالان و کنشگران ضد جنگ است.
از این رو از همه فعالان مدنی و کنشگران می‌خواهیم در تاکید قاطع، و بدون تردید بر «نه به جنگطلبی» و ماندن بر مدار دموکراسیخواهی با یکدیگر هم‌صدا شوند.

شبکه خبری کان گزارش داد دفتر نخست‌وزیری اسرائیل تقاضاهای رهبران شمار زیادی از کشورهای غربی متحد اسرائیل را برای گفت‌وگوی تلفنی با بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست‌وزیر این کشور رد کرده است.
این اقدام به این دلیل انجام گرفت تا نتانیاهو زیر فشار کشورهای غربی برای خودداری از پاسخ به حمله ایران قرار نگیرد.

یوسف دیاب، روزنامه‌نگار لبنانى ، حمله جمهوری اسلامی به اسرائیل را بی‌نتیجه خواند و تاکید کرد این اقدام پشتیبانی مجدد جامعه بین‌المللی از اسرائیل را برانگیخت.
دیاب گفت: «آنچه در روزهای گذشته اتفاق افتاد، باعث حمایت بیشتر کشورهای غربی از اسرائیل شد و به این کشور اختیارات تازه‌ای را هدیه کرد که با تمام تهدیدها از جمله حزب‌الله، حوثی‌ها و شبه‌نظامیان عراقی مبارزه کند.»
او افزود اسرائیل از حمایت‌های بین‌المللی به نفع خود استفاده خواهد کرد و این موضوع به ضرر حزب‌الله تمام خواهد شد زیرا «اسرائیل به دنبال اهدافی در جنوب لبنان است و می‌خواهد به تنش ها در مرزهای شمالی پایان دهد».
به گفته این روزنامه نگار، «اسرائیل مطمئن شده اگر جنگی علیه لبنان شکل بگیرد، جمهوری اسلامی توانی برای مقابله با آن نخواهد داشت. همین‌طور جمهوری اسلامی این پیام را از سوی اسراییل دریافت کرده که اگر با آن‌ها درگیر شود، عواقب سختی در انتظارش خواهد بود

می دانیم که وقتی گروگان گیری غیر نظامیان در 7 اکتبر را محکوم می کنیم، با اسراییل موضعی مشترک پیدا می کنیم.
وقتی حملات بی وقفه ی اسراییل به نوار غزه را محکوم می کنیم، متاسفانه موضع مان به جمهوری اسلامی نزدیک می شود.
ما با هیچ دیدگاهی نمی توانیم حمله ی نظامی به کنسولگری ایران در دمشق را توجیه کنیم، همانطور که نمی توانیم گروگان گیری اعضای سفارت آمریکا در 44 سال پیش را توجیه کنیم.
اما به عنوان یک ایرانی نمی خواهیم اقدام غیرقانونی یک دولت را با اقدام غیرقانونی پرتاب موشک و پهپادجواب بدهیم.
قوانین بین المللی و اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، چراغ راهنمای ما در شرایط سخت است.
پس در میانه ی همه ی این غوغاها، شاید خردمندانه ترین کار ، اقدام آفریقای جنوبی بود که اقدامات اسراییل را به دیوان کیفری بین المللی برد و باعث شد اقدامات 7 ماه گذشته ی این دولت به عنوان جنایت علیه بشریت و نسل کشی قابل بررسی باشد.
اما ایران با اقدامات اخیرش توجهات را از اقدامات غیرقانونی اسراییل به ماجراجویی های خود جلب کرده است و از این بابت برگ برنده ی بزرگی دراختیار اسراییل قرار داده است.
در این میان ایران بیشتر به مردم فلسطین کمک کرده است یا آفریقای جنوبی؟

The Iranian regime has chosen suicide. True, it will take some time for the logical conclusion of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s fatal and probably irreversible course of action to play out. IRI now has now proven to themselves and every other sane person that they are incapable of governing a country. Currency is being plunged with no limits. Unemployment is going to the roof, sanctions will be back in force and sooner or later hungry people will have no choice but to risk their life and come to street. I believe even a 1 million people showing will be enough for evils to back down. That is the only light in this long tunnel.

The story spoke of the Saudi involvement in the military defensive operation in which 99% of the Iranian drones and missiles were destroyed before hitting their targets. Many of the drones and missiles had to travel over Jordanian and Saudi airspace to reach Israel. A source connected to the Saudi Royal family told KAN that the country had a system to automatically intercept any suspicious entity in its airspace.

Listened to a podcast last night. It included people In US, Europe, and in Iran. They all agree that israel has no choice but to respond. They also mentioned what i metioned last night. And that is how they hit the consulate without damaging the two proximal buildings. That was a message.
