Nottingham Forest Make Inquiry About Inter Milan & Iran Superstar

Inter Milan flop Mehdi Taremi could continue his career in the Premier League after Nottingham Forest joined the race for the Iranian.

Per Matteo Moretto via FCInterNews, the Tricky Trees have inquired about the 32-year-old.

Mehdi Taremi joined Inter as one of Europe’s most lethal goalscorers last summer.

However, his form at the San Siro has been nowhere near his glory days at Porto.

Indeed, the Iran international only managed three goals in 43 appearances for the Nerazzurri in 2024/25.

After an underwhelming campaign, Inter could offload Taremi to the highest bidder.

Despite his lackluster season in Serie A, the aging striker still has a host of admirers across the continent.

Forest could be his next destination, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side vying for several players from Italy’s top flight.

In addition to Taremi, they’ve contacted Juventus for Tim Weah and Samuel Mbangula.

New Figures Reportedly Show Biden Let Thousands Of Iranians Into Homeland

Border Patrol agents reportedly released hundreds of Iranian nationals into the U.S. during President Joe Biden’s time in office, drawing national security concerns as military tensions escalate.

The Biden administration arrested 1,504 Iranian nationals during fiscal year 2021 through fiscal year 2024, releasing 729 of these individuals into the country, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data obtained. The newly released data follows U.S. military airstrikes against three Iranian nuclear facilities, sparking vows of retaliation from the Islamic regime.

A total of 12 Iranian nationals were released into the country in fiscal year 2021, 40 released in fiscal year 2022, 229 released in fiscal year 2023 and 448 released in fiscal year 2024, according to Fox News’s CBP data.

“The leading state sponsor of terrorism exploited the Biden administration’s weak border policies for 4 years,” Texas GOP Rep. August Pfluger said Sunday of the released Iranians. “Now, 729 Iranians with unknown terror connections are currently in our country, which [is one] of the largest national security vulnerabilities we have ever experienced.”

“We must act swiftly to find these individuals immediately,” Pfluger continued.

Israel Seeks to Wrap Up Fighting With Iran

JERUSALEM—Israel is looking to wrap up its war with Iran soon, Israeli and Arab officials said, capitalizing on the unprecedented U.S. attack on key Iranian nuclear sites to accelerate an end to the fighting that is stretching its troops, munitions and coffers.

Israel expects to complete strikes on its list of top military targets in Iran in the coming days, which Israeli officials said would provide a window to stop the fighting. The officials said they didn’t expect a retaliatory attack Monday by Iran on a U.S.-run military base to change their calculus.
