An agreement was made. All parties including IRI were complying with it. No one liked it but it was going forward, regardless. Please correct me if I am wrong. America, and America alone, decided to kill the deal. They basically told everyone including EU, Russi and China to kill it or else. It died of course. Why would any country want to deal or sign a new agreement knowing it could be killed by one side without asking anyone else? No one else has a vote!

They got tons of money and nothing tangible in return! It might have (MIGHT HAVE) done something positive for the people but we won’t know since it died rather quickly. That is my problem. Please answer my 3 questions. It should be easy.
