According to Arya of Golbezan, looks like Hull does not want Allahyar anymore and there has been discussions on a move to MLS Colorado rapids. However he is hurt right now and the deal is not happening. May be Hull decided that he gets injured too much and they need to move on. Tough lock for him

This is interesting!

  • California set aside $50 million in the state budget for homeowners building backyard homes.
  • The cash plays a "vital," part of the state's ability to increase housing supply, one expert said.
  • The state is short 2 million homes, and many experts think ADUs can ease the issue.

California is planning to pay homeowners to build housing in their own backyards.

The California budgetsigned by Gov. Gavin Newsom in late June, includes a $50 million pot to incentivize more people to build accessory dwelling units, also called ADU.

It's a revival of a previous program — though that one had a $100 million budget — that distributed funds through 2022, which aimed to increase ADU construction amid a dire housing shortage in the state.

Through that previous program, homeowners received grants of up to $40,000 to develop at least one additional housing unit on their property. The state had anticipated that all of the funding would be distributed to by the end of 2022, and expected 2,500 new housing units to be built, according to a bulletin.

It’s actually simple.
Either JFK jr has a chance to win the primaries or he is just starting his campaign for the next election after this one coming up fast.
If anyone truly believes in his chances, it makes sense to discuss it more. If it’s just an attempt to be known, it doesn’t matter at this stage. The only problem is that talking about him causes issues within the Democratic Party. Any attempt to push against him or even the illusion of blocking his nomination or favoring Biden would backfire as it did with Bernie vs Hillary.
Democratic voters are fragile bunch. Their feelings are hurt easily.

No Shahin, Republicans did not even want him before all of this in 2016.  Just go back and see commentaries from all Republicans in 2016. He fell on DNC lap and even at that time DNC was contemplating to nominate him or not after he won primaries.  The problem with DNC is they do not have Superdelegates to throw on their favorite.  like democrats did for Hillary and Biden.

So because of his base, him and republicans had to make some concessions so he can be nominated.  But after he became president he did go after Republican establishment.  Like Romney. McCain, even Mitch.

When was the last time Hillary & Obama supported RFKj? 2007-2008?

Also you keep ignoring the big elephant in the room that Trump has been impeached twice and about to get indicted three times. Big liability all around for the Republicans and the country. That is why they want him to go away

Let’s not lose sight on this that the two democratic and Republican parties are more United and aligned than being different on majority of things. The 20% difference is out there for debates every 4 years on the same subjects (immigration, healthcare, guns,..) to occupy the voters while behind the scene foreign policy is cranking full speed.

Trump was an outlier that messed things up and that is why none of the two parties want him or support him.  They will use his base though one way or the other. For example they put a DeSantis on the pedestal to talk as if he is a Trumper, and that way they take Trump votes and give it to an establishment guy like DeSantis. You never hear DeSantis talk about NeoCons, Russia, or other foreign policy stuff. And therefore he is good to go and they won’t pull any dirt on him.

What I am trying to say is making sure Trump does not have a chance is not just just a DNC goal it is also a RNC goal. There is nothing in common between Trump and the establishment Republicans. And we witnessed that in the 4 years of Trump.

The most dangerous Republicans are the Neoconservative Republicans who have breached into this Biden Administration. Trump and other so called republicans are bunch of pussies in front of these guys.

I am not sure how we can discount what is in front of our eyes and worry about others who call themselves Republicans. The establishment and neoconservatives Republicans are fine with Biden and they do not want any changes. REPUBLICANS DON'T EVEN WANT TRUMP. They will support Biden. They will be in the driver's seat in the next 5 years with Biden as president. Just like the past 3 years. Republican Party candidate is DeSantis and is there to defuse Trump. To be a challenge to Trump and kick him out of the race. With foreign policy being the core of US government, the republicans are already in charge. They don't want Biden out and a Trump in. I know these mother fuckers.

The Republicans who are currently running the show in this admin are dangerous and very dangerous. I don't want to exaggerate, these guys do anything just for their own interest even a nuclear fiasco.

The Republicans that the Democrats inherently are totally against are these neoconservative Republicans. The other establishment Republicans are pretty soft. I just do not understand that in the eye of democrats, GWB republicans in charge all of a sudden became ok and acceptable.

I think we are saying the same thing but looking at it from different directions.

At least for me, JFK Jr is a good candidate to run later but not at this stage. I agree with many of his policies and worried about conspiracy stuff, but I can live with those if only used to dig deeper and do more research.

What worries me at this stage is not about him or "neocons" per say. What worries me is that republicans (Trump supporters) are using him and his semi popularity among younger democrats to take away votes from Biden.

Elections are and have been very close. By creating an alternative to Biden, republicans could win the next election and get Trump back. I can already see it. Many younger democrats who voted for Biden are feeling the same way about JFK as they did for Bernie. They will either sit it out or vote against establishment democrats to prove a point.

Trump supporting republicans are doing a great job by pushing for JFK Jr and making the DNC push back. The more they make noise, the more DNC has to push back and that will break a small but very important group of democrats to act exactly as Trump and his supporters want.

Democrats are not very good at this, or republican voters are harder to break.

Either way, JFK Jr being a nice guy with great ideas/policies is not the question at this stage. His presents and support from Trump supporters are bad news for democrats and they know it. They just don't know what to do with it. Attacking him is not the best way forward.

A phone conversation between Donal Trump and Jimmy Carter.

Former President Carter sent President Trump a letter with some advice about managing the U.S.-China relationship. Trump called Carter to talk about it.

He said Trump said he is particularly concerned about how China is “getting ahead of us.”

Carter agreed that’s true.

“And do you know why? I normalized diplomatic relations with China in 1979. Since 1979 do you know how many times China has been at war with anybody? None. And we have stayed at war,” he said.

The U.S., Carter said, has been at war for all but 16 years of its 242-year history.

"China has not wasted a single penny on war, and that's why they're ahead of us. In almost every way.

This is how you make America Great again, he implied.
