I noticed over 10% correction in our area, expect to go down much more. My old house in Austin, Texas from last year is down 50% per Zilo. Farzad: That CFO you met, is not in a right job, as he does not seem to have a clue about business. How can you or anyone can even think about bringing manufacturing job back to US. Just medical cost of US labor is more than the wage of labor in manufacturing countries. Plus, AI and automation is or has replaced most manufacturing plants. And surprisingly shortage of skill in automation is another block. So these tariffs has been placed by people who has no clue about business, manufacturing or both.

Comments: Saeed. I am in Athens now and was having dinner with a CFO of a bank here. Although he said Trump has its own extreme approach about things, the tariffs will work for America. His only suggestion was that Trump should be nicer. 😀 He talked about the US economy and how if US does not act how it can fall behind. He said he could not believe the Democratic Party came up with a candidate who cannot put a sentence together and basically said that financial wolves would have eaten her live. Once again myself, an anti war, anti Neocon, liberal thinker, and fiscally conservative, and still a registered Democrat am so disappointed that Dem party could not find a qualified candidate.
