Comments: Parviz was and is a noble man with political aspiration. We are not nor aligned politically, but I respect him dearly. I happened to know one of his political idols, which likely played a big role in moving him to the leftist movement in Iran. He was a national champion in diving and a very good friend of mine. Unfortunately, he passed away more than 10 years ago. He used to live in Dallas, Texas, and I visited him regularly while I was in Texas (Austin, and Dallas). May he rest in peace.
