Comments: Farzad, your pontification was noted. You asked a question, and I answered. Didn’t realize that had to get a PHD , preferably from Trump university, to be worthy of this discussion! Last I checked, there are two sides in a war, and for a cease fire or peace agreement you need both sides to sign off. It seems to me another continuing saga of سفسطه to claim that we don’t levy tariffs on Russia, the aggressor, because we want them to be good boys ( which they haven’t been exactly) , but we go ahead with levying tariffs on Ukraine.
