Comments: If memory serves me right, the Clinton job cuts were done over several early years not in the first 6 months and did not involve a chainsaw. And yes it did contribute to the change from deficit to surplus but it was the smallest piece in that transition. There were significantly larger cuts in the defense spending and social welfare programs. And oh yes, there was that little bill they passed called the "Tax Increase on the Rich" which raised hundreds of billions. I did not vote for Trump but I will surly hope he gets inspired by Clinton some more.

Comments: Shahin, the new rule will make it even worse for the Iranian players. They're just used to have their entire body in offside. I never understood the Iranian left and right wingers. They could be on the side line with clear view of the defenders lineup, but still they stay themselves in an offside position. I've seen that time and again.
Comments: The new offside rule will virtually eliminate the offside trap making the defenders play a deeper line. You may think it should create a higher line but I think defenders will forget about the trap since it will be too risky
