Comments: kAmkAr I heard about it and it makes sence but what if a ball is crossed and the striker going for a diving header (horizontal) and almost all his body including his butt is ahead of the defender but from knee to cleats overlaps with the defender. What about arms, does that count. like if you have a heisman posture.
Comments: It's a bit of an old news but in coming days FIFA ruling board will have a meeting to discuss the possible new rule for offside. The proposed new offside rule in football would state that a player is only offside if their entire body is ahead of the last defender. This is different from the current rule, which states that a player is offside if any part of their body is ahead of the last defender.
