Globalization also moved union jobs all oversees. Old union workers used to all vote the way their union wanted them to vote even if they were pro religion or pro guns but not anymore as the few union workers around do not trust their bosses. I saw this first hand in my wife's family. It does not take much to move these people to Trump's camp. A conventional republican would have lost like Romney did Democrats have tried get immigrants replace this block but they did not understand the older generation of immigrants and were not able to motivate the younger ones to vote (and no Obama factor). So Farzad is right, democrats need to figure this out
Comments: One other fun fact on Media. Pretty much all Headlines you see is generated by AI. So make sure you verify your headline news. One news headline actually showed that a company missed its earning, but turns out they beat their estimate and there was an AI anomaly.
