LA Mayor Karen Bass cut fire department funding by $17.6M, focused on homeless spending— months before wildfires turned city into hellscape

She just added 100,000 more homeless to the city of angels.  When principles for hiring is not based on competency and is based on DEI quota.  Anyways, any company needing to meet their quota, she will be available soon.  She is good catch, African American, woman, a dinosaur at age 71, perfect.

Cyruss… one of my best friends who is ver liberal who used to work for me, Omead Afshar works directly for Elon. And he is nothing but praise, and finds him extremely astute.

Much smarter and better than the zionist in charge which many hypocrite anti zionists voted for.

"We pay the highest taxes in California," Foster wrote. "Our fire hydrants were empty. Our vegetation was overgrown, brush not cleared. Our reservoirs were emptied by our governor because tribal leaders wanted to save fish. Our fire department budget was cut by our mayor. But thank god drug addicts are getting their drug kits."

Saeed, I know couple of people that directly have worked with Elon, and they would agree with you on your assessment of his mental issues. They would probably add asshole and couple of other adjectives to that.

Saeed you say no blame and then you are blaming Elon for ... I am not exactly sure on what. Los Angeles is inferno. This ain't the Swamp la la land you live in. These are angry people. You cannot from Swampland say this could not be planned for. We get these winds and fire every so often and we plan for it. Maybe at least two or 3 times a year. We all have a go pack.

The unprecedented deadly wind level was anticipated since a week before. Without blaming, the least that could have been done was to make sure we are mobilized. We have water. And they could have just moistened the vegetation in advance. No prep was done.

As far as blame is concerned, all these clowns are at each other's throat in this Woke wonderland land, the DEI mayor, the transgender FD chief, and the dyke county supervisor are pointing fingers at each other.

So. No it is not Elon that is blaming. The residents here are mostly liberal democrats and there are many woke freaks amongst them, yeah they are not as nauseating as Swamp land. But these are the people who are actually democrats blaming the authorities.

People lost everything.

Farzad: Emotion is running high in such circumstance and understandable.  People blame who ever is in charge.  But obviously this was an event that nobody could plan for.  Fire in the middle of winter.  But when a crazy guy like Elon Musk blame it on "WOKE", that is when people lose their mind.  This guy is a danger for universe.  His class mate at Harvard today, said he has had mental issues back then, and he is currently completely out of his mind.  Look for better days.

In this case, I guess they couldn’t fly the planes to induce artificial rain.

Farzad, I agree that price tag should be much higher. Perhaps that 50 billion is only structural damage of two communities.

I was wondering, why wasn’t man induced rain technology used?
Could it have helped minimizing the damage?
