Comments: Farzad: I wonder if the insurance is a California thing. My solution was change the ownership of my son's car to his name and have him get insurance on his own. Now i need to do this with his T-mobile service
Comments: Farzad: Fentanyl is a big issue so that needs to get cleaned up and sensible social services program need to be implemented. This Lurie guy has experience in that and that is why he was elceted. Then companies need to go back to the office. The bars that were filled during happy hour are just empty now. Also as companies go back, conventions will return with some incentive. I still enjoy San Francisco a lot but I know where to go and hang out
Comments: What is going on with insurance premium? is it only California? I had 4 cars insured in 2022 and the premium was low. Now i have 3 of those cars, one of them inoperable, i received a bill for almost $9000 for the whole 2025. I was paying a third of it 2 years ago.
Comments: Shahin, what does it take to clean up SF? LA did somewhat of a better job with homeless. I think SF is a beautiful vibrant city but feels like the issues are just so overwhelming for anyone to be able to do anything.
