When the new president is elected, the new admin has to hire over 14,000 employees. Some keep their job, some leave and some get fired. The new hirers are offered by various recruiting agencies. And of course not each and every 14,000 must have exactly your views. That is why most of these people are hired based on merit and not just affiliation with the party.

 

Prominent Democrats, Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr are assigned to lead Trump's transition team. Which is a very good news actually. They know the people in establishment, who is good who is not, and the process will be vetted by the transition team headed with this two prominent Democrats.

 

The difference is that transition team is formed after the election. But this year this activity has started and Democrats RFK Jr and Tulsi Gabbard already on their way identifying the right people.
