Comments: Saeed, your description of the events was right on target. I agree 100% The Palestinians were alarmed by the Abraham accord. They felt that they're being sold out by all the Arab countries of whom they had their support in the past. The Palestinians were already living under a deplorable situation in Gaza.m (open air prison). Hamas didn't care about the aftermath of the October 7th. They got the order to attack and underestimated the Israeli's reaction. But I really believe that this might not end up well for Israel either. They've lost a lot of support in the world. They're considered the aggressors with no respect for human lives. This conflict is not ours to get involved. کاسه داغ تر از آش
Comments: Sorry, Between doing my online work and trying to focus on this game I tried to answer your Russia comment but it all got deleted. It's a well understood fact that they've never ever been good to us. They have hurt us so bad since the Czars, communist, and now Putin times. Anyways, I really want for our two countries (Iran and the US) to stay out of that long conflict. But I'm not naive about it. I know neither one will. I still believe that the Israeli side is the aggressor in that conflict. They have a huge appetite for more land and they will not stop at anything to reach their goal including committing genocide.
Comments: This Friday prayer was not a smart idea by whoever came up with it. Not surprised if it was suggested by a few high ranking Mossad agents of IRI.
Comments: So by all account, First phase is completed by Israel. Second phase is well underway, since Lebanon is like a sitting duck with no air defense. Israel can pound any where, any time at will. So you can assume it is just matter of time, before phase is a done deal. Now IRI feel, third phase is approaching. Where Israel hit Iran now is not that important. If IRI want to have a chance to survive, they still can do that by simply " accepting Israel right for existence", and accepting to not supporting terrorist groups in the region. I believe, West would be open to let IRI continue fucking iran for few more years.
Comments: Malavan, just tied the score.
Comments: Yes Saeed. Educated just means that. Knowledge is power. Education is what is taught. Knowledge is sought.
Comments: Let us go back and take a look at Israel vs. IRI conflict for the start IRI from first day of its inception ( more than 46 years ago), declared Israel has no right for existence. Ahmadinejad called for destruction of Israel. KHomeni set a 25 year window for Israel removal from the map. Timing has been revised by Khamenei, but target is still in effect. Conflict between Palestine- Israel has been ongoing and every time, there was a possibility of break through, IRI has used its influence to create obstacle for the peace process. This was until Oct 7, 2023, where everybody expected a peace treaty between Arab- Israel called Ebrahim, where this had a real chance for Palestanians. On this day, Hamas by direct order from IRI started a bloody campaign by entering Israel and killing many innocent people. This was different from their usual routines, and I felt it will start a new chapter in this conflict. For the first time, Israel existance were threatened. And every body can follow the rest. First phase was to eliminate Hamas, second phase was destruction of Hezbollah, and third phase is about cutting down the root of the issue, which is IRI.
Comments: I think they will hit Kharg, and a few other refineries. They will most likely hit IRI's padAfand capabilities, they will hit the launchers. Big question is IRI nuke facilities. Without US, Israel does not have the capability as the facilities are deep underground. I also think West's tactic will be to keep IRI as a threat. Wiping out nuke facilities takes that option away. The three areas I mentioned is very likely.
Comments: FDD does the analysis of where Israel can hit. Detailed FDD maps of possible targets in Iran — including military sites, nuclear installments, and regime infrastructure — ahead of an anticipated Israeli response to Iran's strike this week. https://youtu.be/Rl7fsEvk8BM?si=9cf7nDaXzKNjxNaU
Comments: KAmkAr. It is not just Israel or America. When you look at the other side of the coin. With all the things Russia did. From taking major lands from us twice, starving our nation, occupying our nation, raping and looting northern iran and even now taking our resources without any returns and putting our nation where it is now. Have you ever heard marg bar roosieh. Not. Before revolution if you were pro Russia you were roshanfekr. After revolution a great friend. Maybe you have, but i never heard marg bar roosieh after all they did to our nation in our history. Somehow marg bar Israel or marg bar Amrika resonates better and went into our DNA but not marg bar roosieh. And that is my point. If someone condemns Israel America Russia and China all of them for all their bad doings then it makes sense. But we don't see that.
Comments: Farzad: I trust your intent and aspiration. Yes, we Iranians have some baggage with anti this or that. It may have come from our bringing up. Some of it, unfortunately may relate to mullah influence, without us knowing. Mullahs for years has propogated false attributes for minorities such as Jews or Bahaies. And all because they were threatened by their teaching. Bahais for instance tried to challenge the clergy by advocating more rights for women and for ordinary people to make their own decisions, instead of blindly following Mullahs. In return, mullah tried to accuse Bahais for being agent of the west and other craps. Their agenda worked among uneducated people, which most Iranian were during those times. Back to present days, even as most young people are educated in their field, but that does not mean being open minded or educated in life science.
Comments: P.S. But whatever that's going on there is no business of ours (Iran).
