Comments: PBS Fontline has put a documantary together called Biden's Decision. Pretty good series actually as they drew on dozens of interviews that delve into President Joe Biden’s political career and legacy, including the challenges and controversies, triumphs and tragedies of his life and the forces that led to his fateful decision to drop his reelection bid. Last night, a new episode, I think the 5th episode was aired. And it was an interview with the Neocon Icon, Under Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland. She pretty much summarizes the doctrine of the Neocons and how instrumenal was Biden in achieving their goal. In this episode, she kind of undermines Obama, and basically says that during his presidency, foreign policy affairs were essentially in the hands of Biden, as Obama was focused on internal affairs. She goes back and talks about how united Biden and Cheney were, and without Biden, fighting terrorism and Iraq would have been impossible. Saeed and KAmkAr, actually a very good interview about understanding who the Neocon Republicans are and what their doctrine is. Comments: By the way I know people that are genuinely horrified of the Project 2025 doctrine and people behind it. Everyday they send me thoughtful articles and remind me how bad it can get to get me more active in Harris's campaign
Comments: I see this as a parallel to the neocon argument. There are groups and ideologies that want to jump on and hijack a campaign or at least get some of their ideas into the party platform. The campaigns will also take advantage of the expertise and the followings of these groups but at the end it is not clear how much influence is exerted here to make drastic changes in the policies and actions of a president. One thing for sure is obvious to me that the 6-3 supreme court mix is not the true representative of how Americans feel about their society and there is a potential that this will get even worse for the upcoming few couple of decades

The group is independent of the Trump campaign, a fact Project 2025 and Trump himself have emphasized. "I know nothing about Project 2025," Trump said on social media in early July. But that's not the whole story. In practice, many of Trump's closest policy advisers and those likely to take high-ranking positions in his administration are heavily involved in the project.
For instance, former Trump administration official Russ Vought has played a major role in Project 2025. He also serves as the policy director of the Republican National Convention's platform committee, an appointment the campaign signed off on.
