I actually do have a college student family member who is sitting on the fence - undecided. Apparently there were many economical, global, domestic, etc. "Dastavards" by Kamala Harris (not Biden) in the past 4 years. I believe the undecideds should see achievements of both sides to make the conscience decision. Specially since the data is available for both of them as they each spent 4 years in the WH and the data is available.

Ramin. Every presidents achievement can be found in the internet. But in general in California the college students on the fence - undecided should go with their conscience and what issues are important for them. If for example their goal is to minimize paying back their student loans Harris selection could be in their favor. The needs for people from all walks of life are different. Everyone should just be well informed and be cognizant that the candidate of their choice truly address their needs.

 

For example for me, as someone who is engaged in helping others and specially needies in Iran and humanity in general, my particular issue is mostly these endless wars which are really something we do not need especially with the high deficit we are carrying and of course and foremost for humanitarian reasons. At this point there is no path and not even on the agenda to end Ukraine - Russia war. Destruction, loss and displacement of innocent lives specially in this war has to stop. The number of casualties are in neighborhood of over 500,000. No plans of stopping the war but yet full commitment for funding Ukraine with absolutely no exit strategy.

 

And this is where the conflict is when your administration is mixed of war hawk republicans and so called liberal democrats. You cannot advocate civil Liberty, peace, and humanity while creating / instigating wars and displacement of innocent people. And that is why I keep saying that the neocons doctrine is in conflict with Democratic values and the two should not have anything in common.

 

So yeah the answer is go with your conscience and vote for the candidates who address your issues on hand. That is my advice to those undecided. The burden on them is to be well informed so that they make the right decision.
