Comments: I think FIFA should do away with the ridiculous penalty shootout to determine who advances and who goes home. It's been happening so many times in the two cops that are going on right now. I actually have a great solution for it. Here is my proposal, Once the 90 minutes and the overtime ends in a tie, you bring in those on the bench and continue the game for another 30 minutes halves. Those who came in as subs during the first 90 minutes can still stay, the rest of the starters should leave and sit in the bench. That might require increasing the roster by a few more players. It makes the crowd happier as well and gives the bench warmers time to shine. I hate penalty kicks.
