Although Trump benefits from this, what's important is all ex-presidents from Reagan to Clinton to GWB to Barak Obama to now Biden will also benefit from it. As there are potential cases on all of them. Even the plane load cash obama sent to iran can go against him as he did not follow all the legal protocols or bylaws. Also as part of record deportation of undocumented immigrants which happened by Obama, there are lawsuits against government and Obama for mistakenly deporting immigrants with cases still were pending. This law now protects Obama because he did it as an official for an official agenda.

 

Anyways we have not seen these things before except during Biden. Because no other new president or new party in charge went after the president before. For example Obama did not go after GWB for his war crimes in Afghanistan and Iraq nor for all illegal crimes GWB did with Halliburton company and all the crimes he was involved in during the financial meltdown of 2008. For the first time Biden, DNC decided to do this, exactly after when Trump announced his candidacy for president one and a half year ago. So you can see the motives.

 

The winner is both Trump and Biden. Trump we know but Why Biden? Because Trump cannot go after Biden for retaliation or anything like that. Biden by this ruling is protected.
