So 60% did not vote and 15% of the 40% balance voted for Pezeshkian. This means 75% of people want basically this regime gone even though the Pezeshkian contingent do not come out  say it loudly. That is incredible amount of unpopularity meaning if a true & fair referendum was conducted, this regime will be denounced by a large margin by Iranian people. This was probably not the case during Khatami & Rouhani's era
