I hope not. What is important is listening to Trump word by word. You get a lot out of it.
What he said was they asked me this and I will make a decision on it. And he mentioned it is a sensitive thing and I don't want to hurt anyone's feeling. He knows it and he was warned what this means.
From an Iranian standpoint no question that it will distance Iranian people from Trump.
From American standpoint, the thought process is UAE is going to invest 1.5 trillion and Saudi is investing 1 trillion and Or as part of Abrahams Accord if the big announcement is Saudi/ Israel friendship and this was a condition and if they want me to call it "Arabian Gulf", I got nothing to lose, let's go for it, what's the big deal. America first. It is as simple as that.
What is said in the headlines is he was asked for USA to refer to the Persian gulf as "Arabian Gulf". That is not necessarily a name change, that is for US to refer to it as Arabian. Still not acceptable just like it has not been acceptable since the 60s when the GCC nations made many attempts to change it. The most recent official one was FIFA's "Arabian Gulf Cup" tournament last year.
Trump has many Iranians in the Whitehouse and friends. And I am also sure Bibi told him what this means yo Iranians.

Risking their lives, they were finally able to reach safety in the United States. When they arrived, their challenges continued: the 18-year-old went to multiple detention centers, while the 15-year-old, as a minor, was placed in foster care. Originally, the brothers understood they would be able to reunite with a family member in the States, but, sadly, they were turned away and left to survive on their own. Today, the 15-year-old remains in foster care in the Valley, and the 18-year-old is struggling to find housing nearby so he can stay close to his brother. They have almost nothing — just one set of clothes each — and are in urgent need of essentials like food, clothing, housing, and phone service. We are raising funds to help these resilient young refugees cover their basic needs, support the 18-year-old in securing housing, and give him a chance to find work and attend school.
