Comments: OK, I understand every one is angry and frustrated that Iran lost but you don't have to take it out on the players. I am 100% sure that the players wanted to win more than any of the fans. And Iran did not lose to a bad team. Qatar IS the defending champion. And they were very lucky in this game. The 3rd goal was as fluke as it gets, against the run of play one takes a wild shot and the ball ends up right in front of another player in front of an empty goal. It happens in football. Comments: Realist, Nefrat of the noble people of Iran towards this regime and basijis is so pronounced. I am in a whatsapp chat with 20 or so friends who live in Iran. No one had anything nice to say about the regime in Iran and many actually were unsuuportive of team melli. Amongst them I can dare to say that the only one rooting for this team was me who live abroad. People simply do not want to deal with these occupiers. I will not be surprised if I hear people were actually celebrating the loss.
Comments: I agree Shahin. There are people who are going with their business but made their stance clear. People like Pejman Jamshidi, Ali Daei, Karim Bagheri, Yahya , Vouria, FP and.. Actually coming to Misaghi's show is crossing the line.
Comments: Other than the game against UAE, Taremi was nonexistent. Today he was totally shut down. Anyways, the important thing is allowing 7 goals and scoring 10 is not a sign of a champion. We were 12 goals ahead and 0 conceded against in 2019 before meeting Japan. The other thing is all Asian Refs for the world Cup are chosen from this Asian Cup. Most likely we will have no representation of Iranian Ref in the World Cup. Faghani after two controversial calls in the WC and AC probably is doubtful.
