Comments: Cyruss, I see. Kalhori is the same as Laki depending on what part of Kermanshah's surrounding you're talking about. اهل حق prefer the name کلهری. During the 8 year old war, to scape the war, many many Laks migrated to Kermanshah from the villages that were close to the border. Sadly when they settled on the outskirts of the city, building their own shanty towns, they got involved with all types of crimes. So in my visits I'd run into many of them. Their Lack language is somewhat different from the Kermanshahi dialect. Locals try to avoid them. If course like dumb Trump says, there are some good ones too :) Again, to be safe from the daily bombardment tens of thousands of Kermanshahis, including some of my siblings, left to other towns, mainly Karaj, Tehran, and even Rasht. Wow, your yes or no answer forced me to write an article :))
Comments: No Kamkar. I wasn’t referring to a joke. I referred to this ( about Kurdish dialects): Northern Kurdish (Kurmanji) Central Kurdish (Sorani) Southern Kurdish (Xwarîn, Palewani) Laki

Comments: Cyruss, don't know what that is? Or maybe you were referring to the old Kermanshahi joke?
Comments: Kamkar, is kalhori dialect that you mentioned same as Palewani?
Comments: I totally forgot about Kurmanji. No I don't. I understand some of it. In Turkey, iraq, and Syria mostly spoken.
Comments: Wow, that is amazing Kamkar. You don’t speak kurmanji?
Comments: Cyruss, thank you for sharing that story. They must have been speaking either Zaza or Gorani. These Kurdish dialects are so different that sometimes people don't understand each other. I'm. Rare Kurdish who speaks three of the 5 dialects.
Comments: Kamkar, about 50-55 years ago I came across a group of traveling Kurdish Tribe that had crossed the unguarded border from Turkey to Iranian territory. A local charitable man had built a public bath ,close to the border, for the use of tribes on move . This particular tribe would show up once a year to use the facilities. None of our local Kurds could understand their language fully. It seemed like they were just lost in the history. I can’t forget the amazed look of their kids when they saw our jeep. A local guy told us they were descendants of pre Islam rulers of Iran.
Comments: It must be true: The US isn’t the biggest power in the Middle East any more. Iran is - Mashghasem
Comments: I have to thank Shahin who posts any clips that I have. Zaza Kurdish is extremely difficult for me to understand. I speak Sorani, Horami, and Kalhori (Ketmanshahi dialect close to Farsi).
Comments: I have a feeling that it will be Moghanlou starting tomorrow and not Azmoun ![]()
Comments: Cyruss: I have not heard about the Palestinian players killed. I would have thought it would be all over Al Jazeera. Yes I am going by their latest results and GN factor
Comments: Shahin , apparently Palestinian team is missing few players. Couple could not make their way from Ghaza to the camp and one was killed during Israeli bombardment. Nevertheless, they have shown up very competitive in their prep games. A narrow loss to Uzbekistan and a draw against Saudis in the last 10 days. A one or two goals margin for Iran is a reasonable prediction.
Comments: Kamkar, very interesting video clip. Thanks for sharing it. How much of this dialect was understood by you? I sometimes pickup few words here and there from Kurdish songs, but none from this one. Which branch of Kurdish language they are closest to?
Comments: This so far is a very competitive Asian Cup. I think the only tea that will be blown out is Indonesia

Comments: Iran's regime behind deadly blast at Soleimani's grave - opinion By MARZIYEH AMIRIZADEH The writer, Marziyeh Amirzadeh, is an Iranian American who immigrated to the US after being sentenced to death in Iran for the crime of converting to Christianity. She endured months of mental and physical hardships and intense interrogation.
Comments: President Biden says the US has delivered a "private message" to Iran about the Houthis in Yemen after the US carried out a second strike on the group. "We delivered it privately and we're confident we're well-prepared," he said without giving further details. The US said its latest strike was a "follow-on action" targeting radar. Iran denies involvement in attacks by the Houthis in the Red Sea.
Comments: Realist Islam is $hit as far as ideology goes. Shia is double shit because their foundation is based on shit and then they added more shit to that shit. Mammad-e- bacheh bazi really created a whole lot of shit to justify his desire for pedophilia.
Comments: اکی جیگر 😂
Comments: The organizer of the terrorist attack in Kerman was called "Abdollah Tajiki", that was his nickname. He was Abdollah and since he was from Tajikistan the people in his group gave him that nickname. If he was Iranian and bald probably they would have given him a different nickname something like "Abdollah Kachal".
Comments: Kamkar: These coaches are like the movie Weekend at Bernie's. When they die, they will put on sunglasses on their dead bodies and keep them up straight and then they will go recruiting. These famous coaches are there just to get good recruits
Comments: Got to watch the second half of the NCAA basketball game with St John playing another university I've never heard of. What surprised me is that Rick Pitino is still at the helm for st John. I can't even remember how many decades ago I stopped watching basketball. Pitino is still there!
Comments: Love to see the female Japanese referee do an Iran game just to piss off people
Comments: Yes, Uzbeks can be that 3rd place team
Comments: Shahin, we will meet a 3rd place team in the next round. But with this tie, which is considered an upset, you never know.
Comments: If we don't want the possibility of Iran facing Uzbeks in the next round, we should want them to beat Syria. That is if we win our group

Comments: 😂😂😂😂 5 min is plenty
Comments: Farzad, listening to these two clerics argue is very torturous. This can be edited down to a 5 minute clip. One guy claims that the leaders were clueless and misguided even though they are wonderful people. The other guy says STFU. The rest is pretentious BS.
