Comments: وزارت خارجه عراق سهشنبه ۲۶ دی ماه در بیانیهای اعلام کرد که در دو نامه مشابه و جداگانه به دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد و رئیس شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد از حملات موشکی ایران به اربیل٬ مرکز اقلیم کردستان عراق، شکایت کرده است. نخستوزیر عراق: حمله ایران به اربیل یک «تجاوز آشکار» و اقدامی خطرناک است وزارت خارجه عراق اعلام کرد که حمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران «تجاوز، نقض آشکار حاکمیت، تمامیت ارضی و امنیت مردم عراق است.» محمد شیاع السودانی، نخست وزیر عراق نیز در همین روز در واکنش به حمله ایران به اربیل، آن را «تجاوز آشکار» به این کشور و یک اقدام خطرناک دانست که روابط قوی دوجانبه تهران و بغداد را تضعیف میکند. سپاه پاسداران شامگاه دوشنبه چند منطقه در اقلیم کردستان عراق را هدف حمله موشکی قرار داد و مدعی شد در این حملات مقرهای مرتبط با سازمان اطلاعات و عملیات ویژه اسرائیل (موساد) را منهدم کرده است؛ ادعایی که دولت مرکزی عراق و اقلیم کردستان آن را رد کردهاند. خانه پیشرو دزهای بازرگان اهل اقلیم کردستان در اربیل از مواضعی بود که هدف حملات سپاه پاسداران قرار گرفت و او همراه با همسر و دختر خردسالش کشته و شش نفر دیگر زخمی شدند.
Comments: Farzad, Turkish family of languages has over 70 different branches. For most Turks in Azerbaijan and Türkiye, Turkish spoken in some areas of Central Asia , other than few words, is not comprehended, unless they have originated from Uighur sub branch of language family.Kazak and kyrgys Turkish is hardest to understand for an Azerbaijani while the Turkish spoken in the Chinese territory is a bit easier comprehended. That being said, I have seen many central Asians in Turkiye easily adjusting to the Turkish spoken there, while the reverse is not necessarily true. I went to a Chinese Uighur restaurant in LA and to my surprise I was able to communicate somewhat with the Chinese Turk personnel in a language other than English. Interestingly they also had a haft seen spread around Norooz time.my challenge level was about the same as if I was communicating with a Turkmen in villages of khorasan or gonbad. With Uzbeks is more challenging and with kazak or Kyrgyzstan people is almost at zero level
