Comments: I know that there are a lot of excitement around the case that South Africa has brought up in International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Hague against Israel. This court has no real execution power and some their past cases were: US complaint against Iran during hostage crisis, Iran complaint in shooting down Iran Air and many others including Ukraine against Russians. What people are confused about and do not know that there is another court called International Criminal Tribunal system also in Hague. This is the court that jailed Milosovic the Serbian leader for crimes against humanity actually prisoned him before his death. This is called ICTY, International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia. This is a UN initiated proceedings. I just want to make sure people understand the difference
