Comments: I always found Hamed too aloof and detached from people around him. I am sure it has to do with what happened to his family by IRI. His temperament is not suitable for being a popular leader. I respect him for the hard work he is doing trying to get justice for himself & the families. Comments: My opinion on the latest coalition. None of these guys except RP are monarchist. Not only they are not monarchist, they are against it including their supporters and are willing to fight for it. I speak to a lot of latest generation and they do not see any usefulness in going back to monarchy. If we are going to be democratic what is the use of monarchy that may lead to dictatorship. I think if you ask British young generation if they have to start a new government in UK, they do not want it to be a monarchy

Comments: Censorship Vs accountability, that is the question. Freedom of speech is critical but might need some sort of oversight as some speeches could cause disaster. When a speech or written document causes panic and confusion, it needs to be looked at and make the people saying it responsible for the consequences. |
