Milan raise offers for two major targets as Man Utd join striker race

AC Milan have increased their offers for both Yunus Musah and Mehdi Taremi but Manchester United have joined the race for the latter target, a report claims.

As has been reported by Sport Mediaset (via Milan Zone on Twitter), the Rossoneri are moving forwards in their efforts to sign both Yunus Musah from Valencia and Mehdi Taremi from FC Porto.

The offer for the American midfielder has been raised by Milan to €18 million and it could be closed within 48 hours. That would allow Milan to take Musah on the pre-season tour to the United States.

The Taremi deal would be more expensive as Porto want €30m, whilst Milan have offered €20-25m and bonuses. The issue is that Manchester United have also entered the race for Taremi and they will be able to offer both Porto and the player more money than Milan.

It seems more likely that Musah will be the next Milan signing, rather than Taremi.

US Says Iraq's Payments To Iran Via Foreign Banks Will Be Restricted

US emphasized that Iran can use the funds in non-Iraqi banks only to buy non-sanctionable goods, which essentially means food and medicine. He explained, “these funds will remain in accounts where they can only be used for non-sanctionable activity, and with every transaction approved in advance by the Department of Treasury.”

The IRGC Ground Forces conducted a military exercise near Iran’s border with Azerbaijan on July 19. Iranian officials have articulated a series of demands against Azerbaijan, which largely focus on Baku halting its anti-Iran cooperation with Israel and Turkey.

The British Secret Intelligence Service revealed on July 19 that Iran seeks to acquire cash from Russia in return for Iranian drones.

Shahin, i have met Milani in person at Khaneh Ketab in Westwood. He was signing his new book Eminent Persians (The Men and Women Who Made Modern Iran, 1941-1979) and he autographed it.  He has done shit load of research on the subject. Every little thing he claims there is official document validating it.

His main argument and frustration is that Iranian people base things on rumors and emotions and do not bother to go after fact findings. I think though this is also true all over the world when you rely on mediums with biased agenda like CNN or Fox BBC or PressTV or Sputnik . He says:

But in the video he says you can come and see all the secret documents at Stanford. How can we do that?. Can anyone go to Stanford and see?

Part 4 he talks about 1978

You asked me the other day where I would like to see Taremi go, I think he should go to an above average EPL team so he can make a difference in helping them reach champions league. Newcastle, Aston Villa, Brentford, Brighton etc.

WASHINGTON, July 18 (Reuters) - The United States on Tuesday moved to let Iraq pay Iran for electricity via non-Iraqi banks, a U.S. official said, a step Washington hopes may keep Tehran from forcing unpopular power cuts during the sweltering Iraqi summer.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken signed a 120-day national security waiver allowing Iraq - heavily dependent on Iranian electricity - to deposit such payments into non-Iraqi banks in third countries instead of into restricted accounts in Iraq, said the official who spoke on condition of anonymity.
