Comments: I do not have any problems with presidential pardons even if like Biden you pardon your son, your brother, your family members, and even the 33 murderers on death row. It is the president's right by the constitution. This preemptive pardon of Fauci and Liz Cheney, and the J6 panel is just a sentiment for taking the whole J6 thing and the things Fauci has done under question. If they have not done anything wrong and everything under government they did is lawful there is nothing for them to worry about. This is a cover up . If there were any doubts, this should clear some of it especially since it happened in the very last minutes of his departure. And lastly the precedents it set. Any president at the end of his term or after anytime anyone in his government committed something potentially unlawful can get pardoned. The whole government can get pardoned for any wrong doing they potentially commit. This is a bad precedent and Trump may not even do anything about it and instead exercise the same tricks for his own advantage. In hind sight he should have and he could have pardoned himself before leaving the office in jan of 2021. I hope Trump does not do this and maybe it is time for SCOUS to look into banning future preemptive pardons. The concept of PP itself is a stretch on interpretations of that right.

Comments: پس از صحبتهای محمد دادکان، رییس پیشین فدراسیون فوتبال، درباره عادل فردوسیپور، روزنامه اعتماد در تحلیلی نوشته دلیل اینکه دادکان گفته فردوسیپور «تنور مسئولان را گرم میکرد»، بیتوجهی مجری برنامه ۹۰ به دو خواسته جامعه فوتبال بوده؛ حق پخش تلویزیونی و ورود زنان به ورزشگاهها. محمد دادکان، رییس پیشین فدراسیون فوتبال، به ورزش مدیا، گفت که عادل فردوسیپور را «حلال نمیکند» و ناراحتیاش را به مجری و گزارشگر پیشین تلویزیون گفته است. دادکان با انتقاد از فردوسیپور گفته که او «تنور مسئولان را داغ میکرد!» دادکان در پاسخ به اینکه نظرش درباره عادل فردوسیپور چیست، به ورزش مدیا گفت: «عادل فردوسیپور قابل احترام است. اما آن زمان كه سر كار بود هر چه از او میخواستند اجرا میكرد. وقتی آمد كنار و در اواخر كارش يك نوع جبههای گرفت و خوب هم حرف زد. ولی يك سوال پرمعنا اينجا برای عادل وجود دارد. اينكه آن موقع كه بود چرا به واقعيتها نمیپرداخت؟ بيشتر تنور را برای مسوولان داغ میكرد نه مردم.» دادکان دراینباره گفت: «شبی كه مرا دعوت كرد بروم تلويزيون به برنامه ۹۰ و فيلمش الان هست ايشان تا ۳ ميليون و خردهای اساماس را خواند. از آنجا به بعد تا آخر برنامه ديگر نخواند. من فردای آن روز رفتم مشهد. حرم كه بودم آقای فردوسیپور به من زنگ زد. گفت آقای دادكان مرا ببخش. من آن موقع روبهروی حرم بودم گفتم هرگز نمیبخشم. شما چرا مال مرا نخواندی كه مردم چقدر آمدند و نسبت به ما حساسيت نشان دادند؟ گفت توی گوش من گفتند آمار محمد دادكان را نخوان. از من حلاليت طلبيد و من هم سفت ايستادم و گفتم نه! تو را نمیبخشم و حلالت نمیكنم.» اعتماد دراینباره نوشته: «اشاره محمد دادكان به برنامه نودی است كه در اوج اعتراضات سال ۸۸ و بعد از انتخابات رياستجمهوری پخش شد. دادكان كه در سال ۱۳۸۵ با دستور معاون احمدینژاد از رياست فدراسيون فوتبال بركنار شده بود پس از ناكامی ايران در صعود به جام جهانی ۲۰۱۰ به برنامه ۹۰ رفت و يكی از جنجالیترين شبهای اين برنامه را با صحبتهای آتشين و نيشدار خود رقم زد. در همان برنامه بود كه دادكان در آنتن زنده گفت من دو تا افتخار در زندگی دارم؛ يكی گرفتن نشان افتخار از دست محمد خاتمی و ديگری اخراج به دست محمود احمدینژاد.» اعتماد نوشته فردوسیپور به دو خواسته بیتفاوت بوده: «اول از همه بحث حق پخش تلويزيونی كه برنامه ۹۰ هيچگاه به آن ورود نكرد. دوم بحث ورود زنان به استاديوم. عادل فردوسیپور هيچگاه در برنامه ۹۰ در مورد اين مطالبه ملی و مهم كلام قابل توجهی به زبان نياورد.»
