Comments: Politically correct was a good thing. Even most conservatives adhered to it but the Woke is so stupid. I was watching a clip of Bill Maher's podcast with Jon Cryer. I liked him better as Allen. He's Woke.
Comments: I was talking to my brother in Iran today and he could not believe something in this scale could happen here in the states and to top it off in California. He said that when the Plasco building in Tehran caught in fire, the government was blamed and criticized harshly. I think in coming days there will be a semi uprising against the Woke governor.

Comments: Technically and literally the only place that should be called swampland in California, is the La Cienega region of Los Angeles :) it Is literally built over the old swamps of LA. Even the Spanish word La Cienega translates to swamp in English :)

Comments: Farzad, the humanitarian response of Angelenos has been incredible and contrary to the snobbish stereotypes. We had to stop collecting essentials and taking them to the distribution centers because most of the centers have more than their capacity to distribute! Specially clothes. Few reasons for that , mainly because the victims of fire don’t have any place to store material beyond their need, and secondly most stay at shelters temporarily and then get scattered all over, at their families even out of state. You are absolutely right, shoes were one of our major challenges. Very few were donated. Personal hygiene material is also in demand.
