Comments: About Project 2025, this is what Trump said: “I know nothing about Project 2025. I have no idea who is behind it,” he said. “I disagree with some of the things they’re saying and some of the things they’re saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal. Anything they do, I wish them luck, but I have nothing to do with them.” And this is what project 2025 said :
Comments: Shahin, you know your politics you are not an average Z 😊 There are list of think tanks for both parties and also for non partisans. Some are listed below. When a new president is elected, there is somewhere between 7000 to 10,000 people get hired. These think tanks in addition to suggesting / providing resources, provide strategies. They are all at work right now for the upcoming new president. Here are top 10 for each Liberal/Progressive Think Tanks: 1. Center for American Progress (CAP) 2. Brookings Institution 3. Urban Institute 4. Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) 5. Economic Policy Institute (EPI) 6. The Century Foundation 7. Demos 8. American Progress Action Fund 9. The Roosevelt Institute 10. Comments: This is interesting. DNC authorities trying to keep Kennedy on the presidential ballot in swing states, despite his request to be removed 😊 they want to keep him on the ballot even though he asked he wants to be removed. 😊 Yet DNC made an attempt to oust independent candidate Cornel West. A move by Democratic elections commissioners to keep Green Party candidate Jill Stein off the ballot also failed. Republican members of the commission in Wisconsin pushed to grant Kennedy his wish to no longer be on the ballot after he suspended his campaign last week and endorsed Trump. The commission was deadlocked under opposition from Democrats
Comments: more on Project 2025: WHAT ARE THE PROJECT'S MAIN PROPOSALS?Project 2025's policy suggestions range in topic from foreign affairs to education. Among other things, Project 2025 proposes enforcing laws that make it illegal to mail abortion pills over state lines, criminalizing pornography and eliminating the Department of Education. The project also advocates a sweeping elimination of environmental regulations and a crackdown on programs to boost diversity in the workplace, which the project argues are broadly illegal. The project also calls for a broad expansion in presidential power by boosting the number of political appointees and increasing the president's authority over the Justice Department. That last proposal has spooked many law enforcement officials, who say it will undermine the department's ability to conduct investigations without political interference.
Comments: MAGA Alert!
Comments: The only thing I question is why Government went after social media for controlling the so call misinformation/ Disinformation/ and now mal-information? Why didn't they go after mainstream. I use Trump as an example. Why was he allowed to say absurd things on mainstream media but not social media. What's the difference?
Comments: Freedom of speech or the First amendment is not about saying or hearing what we like to hear. Freedom of speech became a right to protect speech that you and I don’t like. There is no need to protect speech if everyone agrees to it.
Comments: Funny stuff KAmkAr. Shahin, the story is not really about Zuck. He is doing a CYA. He is now admitting that government was involved in forcing his platform to censor. That is the story. Here are the two incidents. One had to do with Hunter Biden. “In 2021, senior officials from the Biden Administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree,” he wrote. "Zuckerberg in the letter also said the FBI warned his company about potential Russian disinformation around Hunter Biden and the Ukrainian firm Burisma affecting the 2020 election. That fall, Zuckerberg said, his team temporarily demoted reporting from the New York Post alleging Biden family corruption while their fact-checkers could review the story. Zuckerberg said that since then, it has “been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in retrospect, we shouldn’t have demoted the story.”

Comments: it was actually 400 million that he donated. Anyway this was the goal and Republicans won Zuckerberg, who previously donated more than $400 million to enhance access to voting in the US, also told Jordan that he would no longer support election efforts after coming under attack from Republicans, who have argued that the funds, derisively referred to as “Zuckerbucks,” helped Biden win key battleground states. “I know that some people believe this work benefited one party over the other,” he wrote. “My goal is to be neutral and not play a role one way or another - or to even appear to be playing a role. So I don’t plan on making a similar contribution this cycle.”
Comments: Farzad: Do you know what this Zuck thing about? Back in 2020 I believe through a foundation his wife and he donated about $200M to make spend on causes to make elections fair. Due to pressure from Trump and Republicans he is now not going to put that money up

Comments: Here is a good start. I will post one fact every day: WHAT IS PROJECT 2025?At its heart, Project 2025 is a series of detailed policy proposals put together by hundreds of high-profile conservatives that the project's participants hope Trump adopts if elected. Those proposals are laid out in a roughly 900-page book. Participants in the project are also assembling lists of thousands of conservatives that could be slotted into politically appointed positions throughout the government in the opening days of a Trump administration. Behind the scenes, the project's affiliates are drafting executive orders and agency regulations that could be used to quickly implement the policies that the project is advocating once Trump takes office.
